Shenington IKR trophies.
2020 was a year with a difference. Thats why the Shenington IKR championship asked us to create a trophy with a difference.
Having received many karting trophies myself, I knew that everyone gets tired of the same old plastic cup trophies, with them just being placed on a shelf every month to never be looked at again. So I started by thinking what I would like to receive myself.
We aimed to crate something that would stand out amongst the numerous other trophies, something that wouldn’t just end up gathering dust and something that the drivers would be pleased to show off
As we had never created anything like this before, we started by exploring a range of ideas before settling on our final design.
With the design finalised it was time for us to start our first ever batch production run.
After a number of late nights and help from friends, we were finally done and ready to send out our first ever set of trophies.
With all the trophies set up in the presentation room, everyone was looking at what they might be getting, rather than just another cheap plastic trophy.
